Does my business really need social media?

Think about where you look when you want a new hairdresser, a gym or somewhere to eat. It isn't always Google any more. People search Facebook, Instagram and TikTok for businesses and recommendations, so if you're not there, or you're there and it looks abandoned, they move on to someone who is.
How do I know it's time to hand it over?

Usually when posting has become the job you keep meaning to do. If your last post was months ago, or you're guessing what to put up each time, that's the sign.
What does a social media manager actually do?

I plan what goes out and why, design the posts, come and shoot photos and reels, write the captions, post it, keep an eye on the page, and tell you what worked. You can hand me all of that or just the part you don't have time for.
Can't I just use AI to write my posts?
Maple Studio
You can, but people can tell. Posts that sound like everyone else's don't sound like you, and the whole point of your page is that it's yours. I write and design everything myself.
My business is a bit boring. What would you even post?

The posts you think are boring might be exactly what your customer needs. Your services, your prices, where you're based, how to book. You've said it a hundred times, but not everyone saw it, and some people only need it now.
What does it cost?

It depends what you need, which is why I don't have a price list. Tell me what you're after and I'll put a package together around your business and your budget.
Do I have to be on camera?
Maple Studio
Not if you don't want to be. On a shoot I'm mostly filming you doing your normal job, not asking you to present to camera.
Can I have just one of your services?

Yes. Some people want the whole thing managed, some just want content made, and some only need a shoot or a branding tidy-up.
Which platforms do you work on?

Most of my client work is on Facebook and Instagram. If you're thinking about somewhere else, ask me and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth your time.
Do you only work in Doncaster?

No. I'm based in Yorkshire, I travel across the UK for shoots, and everything else I do remotely, so I can work with a business anywhere in the UK.
